The On The Rock team is young, solid, dynamic and ambitious. We like to work together as colleagues, but also as friends. Together with chef Rutger, floor managers Jasper & Sarah and event planners Kim & Merel, the team does everything to give you a good time.
Hospitality is as important as the dishes or a perfect execution of your birthday, business meeting or wedding day. The teamwork between the kitchen staff, the waiters and the event planners, makes it a real team.
Six years ago I started as a sous-chef at restaurant On The Rock (formerly Westeinder Paviljoen) and since 1.5 years I have the position of chef. With 26 years of experience at restaurant De Voetangel, restaurant De Kersentuin and restaurant Voorbij het Einde, I cook every day with great pleasure at On The Rock.
We both have been working for several year at restaurant On the Rock (formerly Westeinder Paviljoen). And with a lot of pleasure, we take care of weddings, baby showers, important milestones that need to be celebrated and of course business events! Our goal is to create, together with the guest, an event that meets all wishes and goals.
