Christmas menu

On The Rock at Home

We will do everything we can, to make your Christmas dinner at home unforgettable! We have two four course Christmas menus. Most of the cooking has already been done by our chefs, so by following a few simple steps in your own kitchen, you will have a restaurant worthy Christmas dinner at your home. Of course under the guidance of our chef Rutger.

The Christmas menus cost € 55,00 per person and can be picked up on 24 and 25 December (pick-up times are still to be determined). You can order until Tuesday 22 December. A special request? Please let us know!

If we are allowed to welcome you in our restaurant at Christmas time, we will serve these menus in our restaurant (at € 65,00 per person). 

Starter I

Bawykov salmon with a salad of tuna and Dutch shrimps, avruga caviar,  met een salade van tonijn en Hollandse garnalen, avruga kaviaar, whisky mayonnaise en citrus

Starter II

Wild game stock with dumplings of venison, quail egg and spring onion

Main course

Beef Wellington with potato mousseline, flower sprouts and gravy of duck liver

Chocolate cheesecake in a jar 'On the Rock' with caramelised biscuits and Oreo

Starter I vegetarian

Tompouche of monastic cheese and crispy vegetables with balsamic syrup and sun-dried tomatoes

Starter II vegetarian

Creamy soup of pumpkin with truffle ravioli and quail egg

Main course vegetarian

Portobello Wellington with flower sprouts, potato mousseline and cranberries

Dessert vegetarian

Chocolate cheesecake in a jar 'On the Rock' with caramelised biscuits and Oreo
